We ship across India. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day leave the same day; anything after that goes out the next morning. You will get a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as the parcel is handed over.
Rates
- Orders over ₹2,999: complimentary standard shipping.
- Orders under ₹2,999: ₹99 standard shipping.
- Express (metro pin codes): ₹249, delivered next working day if ordered before 2pm.
- Cash on delivery: available up to ₹15,000, with a ₹49 handling fee.

These are working days from dispatch, not from order. They are the times we actually see, not the courier’s marketing figures.

Tracking your order
Every order gets a tracking link. You can also see live status against the order in your account. If tracking has not moved for more than 48 hours, tell us and we will chase the courier rather than asking you to.
If something goes wrong
- Parcel marked delivered but not received: tell us within 48 hours and we will open a claim and ship a replacement without waiting for the outcome.
- Damaged in transit: photograph the parcel before opening it if you can, and send it to us. Replacement goes out the same day.
- Wrong item: our error, our cost. We arrange collection and dispatch the right piece immediately.
International
Not yet. We ship to Indian addresses only while we get duties and returns handling right. If you are outside India and want a piece, write to us and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth the freight.
