Placeholder legal copy for the demo build. Replace this page with terms drafted or reviewed by a qualified lawyer before the site goes live. Nothing on this page is legal advice.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Men’s Wardrobe, a business registered in Karnataka, India. Where these terms say “we” or “us”, they mean that business. Where they say “you”, they mean the person using this site or placing an order.
2. Placing an order
An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. A contract exists only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until that point we may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we cannot deliver to the address supplied. If we decline, we refund anything already taken in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST at the applicable rate. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already confirmed.
4. Delivery
Delivery timings shown on the shipping page are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we have received payment in full.
5. Returns and cancellation
Your right to return goods is set out on the returns page and is in addition to, not instead of, any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
6. Product descriptions
We take care to describe fabric, measurements and colour accurately. Screens vary, and natural fibres vary between batches. Small differences in shade or in a stated measurement are not a defect.
7. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including photography, text, and the designs of the garments, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without written permission.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
